Terms and conditions

Field of application

These general conditions concern the purchase of D'ANIELLO brand products on sale on the site www.danielloelena.com and are intended for the Final Consumer.
By Final Consumer, we mean a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to his/her business or professional activity, which is not limited to the resale of goods purchased on www.danielloelena.com.

The owner and manager of the Site is the company "D'Aniello by D'Aniello Elena & CSnc Via Campo di Marte, 20 – 52100 Arezzo (AR) VAT number: 02123430510 registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Arezzo on 02.08.2012.
D'Aniello di D'Aniello Elena & C. Snc reserves the right to refuse orders or refuse to provide services to anyone at any time.

Product warranties

The articles on the site www.danielloelena.com they are produced by D'Aniello of D'Aniello Elena & C. Snc and distributed after a scrupulous quality control of the item. D'Aniello di D'Aniello Elena & C. Snc declines any responsibility regarding the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the customer or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site present slight differences compared to those originals. The images contained on the site www.danielloelena.com are owned by D'ANIELLO DI D'ANIELLO ELENA & C. SNC; any use of such images, not authorized by written consent, will be prosecuted according to the law.

Product availability

The products presented on the site are all ready for delivery. However, the Customer acknowledges the remote possibility that at the time the order is placed, they may no longer be available or for sale. In this case, after sending the order confirmation via email, D'Aniello Elena & CSnc will notify the Customer via a new email and the order will be considered suspended. It is also specified that any offers relating to the products present on the Site are to be considered exclusively valid for purchases made online.

Payment options

To place orders on www.danielloelena.com the customer must:

  • Be the final customer as defined in the D'ANIELLO Commercial Policy of D'Aniello Elena & C. snc;
  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Possess the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts;
  • Have a valid email address;
  • Have a valid credit card for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a PayPal account.

Payment for the products ordered and any shipping costs can be made using the following methods:
1. Bank Transfer: payment by advance bank transfer whose details will be sent after placing an order with this payment method.
2. Credit Card/Stripe: secure payment by credit card directly after placing an order with this payment method.
3. paypal: payment via Paypal circuit directly after placing an order with this payment method.

Billing data

The goods travel with a regular receipt.
Anyone wanting a commercial sales invoice must request it in advance and it will be issued (in paper form and inserted inside the package containing the products ordered) by D'Aniello di D'Aniello Elena & CSnc. All products are subject to VAT in course.
With the exception of the replacement of defective and non-compliant products, the supplier company assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages that may arise from even improper use of the product by the recipient.
D'Aniello di D'Aniello Elena & CSnc guarantees the integrity and validity of the products offered in the catalog on the basis of quality controls carried out.
The Final Consumer undertakes to check within and no later than 8 days from receipt of the Products that the delivery is correct and includes all and only the products purchased and to inform the Seller within this period of any possible defect in the Products received or their non-compliance with to the order placed by e-mail to info@danielloelena.com.

Shipping

Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday within 2/3 days of receipt of the order and shipments will be entrusted to DHL and BRT-BARTOLINI couriers.
Delivery times from the shipping date are 2-3 days. D'Aniello di D'Aniello Elena & C. snc is not responsible for any delays due to the courier for operational reasons or causes of force majeure.
If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due.

Shipping rates:

Shipping to Italy: Free

Shipping to Europe (EU countries): Standard rate €15

Shipping outside Europe (America, Asia...): Standard rate €30  

Return Policy

In the event that the product is defective or non-compliant, the customer is required to send the material to D'Aniello Elena & CSnc which will evaluate the repair and/or replacement and send it back to the customer.

Right of withdrawal

In case of change of mind, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal (in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005) by returning the purchased product and requesting a replacement or refund. The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Purchases made for purposes related to one's work activity by retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods, an explicit declaration to the e-mail address info@danielloelena.com of your decision to withdraw. This communication must contain the codes of the products that you intend to return as well as indications of the bank details (Cab, Abi and CC) relating to your current account in order to allow us to credit it via bank transfer.
Within 14 (fourteen) working days of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to send the returned products, in their original packaging, to the following address: D'Aniello di D'Aniello Elena & CSnc – Via Ernesto Rossi, 2 /E – 52100 Arezzo (AR).
The products being returned must not have been used and must be in absolutely the same condition as they were at the time of delivery. The risks and direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Consumer. The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree. 206/2005.

Method of reimbursement of the fee

D'Aniello di D'Aniello Elena & C. Snc will check the returned goods and refund the value of the returned item. Upon accreditation, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
